Build the agents
that change everything

You'll architect, build, and own the AI agents that power Agent Bandwidth — from the job search engine in JobVantage to the market analysis loops in EdgeFlow. You know how to orchestrate LLMs, design reliable tool-use patterns, and ship agent loops that work in production. You care deeply about output quality, latency, and making AI that genuinely helps people.

You'll be the technical north star for Agent Bandwidth — setting architectural standards, making high-stakes infrastructure decisions, and ensuring our systems are tight, scalable, and built to last. From our flagship job search platform JobVantage to our financial, legal, and lifestyle agents, you'll own the engineering foundation across every product we ship.

You'll work across the entire Agent Bandwidth stack, owning features end-to-end from the React UI to the FastAPI backend. You move fast, write clean code, and care about the user experience as much as the engineering. You'll ship across multiple products — including JobVantage, our AI job search platform — and work directly with the founding team on what we build next.

You'll be our first HR hire — the person who shapes how we hire, onboard, and retain a world-class remote team. You'll own the full employee lifecycle, build policies that keep a distributed team aligned and healthy, and partner directly with leadership on org design. You're equal parts operational and strategic, and you care deeply about people. And yes — you'll be recruiting the team that builds products like JobVantage, so you'll know better than anyone what good talent looks like.

You'll own growth across the entire Agent Bandwidth product suite — from JobVantage to SubScan. You'll build the marketing playbook from the ground up: content strategy, SEO, paid acquisition, social, and email. You understand the difference between traffic and traction, and you know how to move the metrics that actually matter.

You'll be the bridge between our AI products and the people who rely on them every day. Your first big focus will be JobVantage — our AI-powered job search platform used by candidates navigating a market full of ghost jobs — then you'll expand across the full suite. You'll collect feedback that directly shapes what we build next and make sure our subscribers feel the value of everything Agent Bandwidth offers.

You'll drive the product strategy and execution for Agent Bandwidth's growing suite of AI tools. Starting with JobVantage — our flagship AI job search platform — you'll work directly with engineering, AI, and design to define what we build and why. You turn user insight and market signals into features people actually use. You ship. You measure. You iterate.

You'll be on the front lines supporting users of JobVantage — our AI job search platform. That means triaging support tickets, writing help documentation, identifying patterns in user feedback, and routing product bugs to the engineering team. You don't need a technical background, but you do need to care deeply about people and be genuinely curious about AI tools.

You'll contribute directly to the development of JobVantage and other Agent Bandwidth products — building features, fixing bugs, and improving UI across our React + FastAPI stack. You'll be paired with senior engineers, do real code reviews, and ship to production from day one. We're looking for someone hungry to grow, not someone who's already done it all.
